# Application Process

Every project which likes to become a member is treated the same and has the same chance. The most important aspects are the [utility](/defining-utility.md) and the team.

1. DM [@UnionOfUtility](https://twitter.com/UnionOfUtility) on Twitter with a short summary about your project 
2. Invitation on Discord and agree about the time for a call
3. Videocall (you don't have to turn on your facecam, but it's recommended)
4. Your project will be presented to the current members, afterwards they will have two days time to give reasonable interventions
5. Congratulations, you will get the *UoU Member* role on our Discord and receive the NFT as a proof of membership
